Our School

At present the school roll, including Nursery, is 181. We have seven classes, one for each stage of primary education, and a nursery with a total of 27 pupils.

There are experienced and committed staff members allocated to each class and additional expertise is provided by visiting staff to assist with Support for Learning, PE, Art and Music.

Within the school there are seven classrooms, a nursery, a library, a medical room, a general purpose hall, a dining hall, toilets, a kitchen, staffroom, cloakrooms and an office. The rooms and corridors are bright and interesting with lots of children's work on display. Pupils are encouraged to take pride in their school as well as their school work.

School Meals

• School Meals are cooked on the premises and at present cost £1.55 per day, payable for the week on the Monday morning. Cheques should be made payable to Highland Council. Parents wishing to claim free meals may obtain a form from the Head Teacher. Children are able to make selections from a choice of set menus and healthy snacks.
• The school operates a healthy playtime snack service. For 30p a day or £1.00 a week children can purchase toast, juice and a piece of fruit or vegetable.
